Discouraging to see the price action, the 10-K was fine (glad they got it out), nothing out of the ordinary at all. I suppose investors maybe dont like that there will be dilution, but it will not be evil dilution by any means and the growth potential is huge. So, I am forced to keep buying, don't like the pain but oh well it should work out in the long run.
