if you go back and look at some of the posts by mnvestor and penny stock investor you will see a complete discussion of this issue. CSHD has entered into at least 3 funding agreements in which, essentially, bonds were assigned to them in exchange for a consideration which among other things apparently includes a percentage of future profit. These bonds can be listed as balance sheets assets and the filings will include the agreed-upon consideration. We won't know the details until the 10K
