MNGA... more than doubling authorized sharers (AS), troubling. Will this share restructuring occur before or after the RS. If present 90MM is part of rs ; result would be 9MM. Then going to 190MM would be a huge increase (although with these penny stocks, even 190MM is small potatoes- especially for a non-pinkie.

I do believe that MNGA is "for real".
