Actually it was .142, not .15. And it was a spike. A scam? No. I think this has all to do with the current administration, and particularly the comments of Jeff Sessions, than anything else. I say let this play out and let the panic settle. Penny stocks are volatile by nature. SING is no different. Nothing has changed about the company; only the perception. In penny land perceptions can change rapidly.
