Nelson seem not to take about arms length transaction and good practices of corporate governance, but it doesn't matter, SOX's PCAOB would, last time I checkeced SUNW is still a publicly traded company and their attorneys should have adviced against it. Conflict of interest since according of of SOX there are strict rules for composition of that Audit comittee..............just a matter of time. imo
