Trump has no foreign policy and his action last week in Syria makes that clear - if anything, it can be summed up in one word: Confusion.
Sec'ty of State Tillerson said over the weekend, "our first priority is to defeat ISIS"...then Trump's UN ambassador Nikki Haley said over the weekend, "there's not any political option going to happen with Assad at the head of the regime"...then Nat'l Security adviser H.L.McMaster confused things further on FOX when he put more emphasis back on defeating ISIS.
On Trump's Syria Strategy, one voice that is still missing: Trump's.
