meaning 0.23 pps?

The troika (Mark, Rene and Todd) can get to 0.23 if they do a 1 for 46 reverse split of the ARYC common shares. Of course, the troika doesn't own that many common shares. They own PREFERRED shares, around 1.6 million of them, so they would make out on that deal.

AVDX did a 1 for 17 when they went public a couple of years ago. Shares were selling at 1.95 after the split. Now they are selling at 0.23 in minuscule volume. I'm glad I sold my AVDX shares at 1.60 back then.

And by the way AVDX is delinquent in the SEC filings, so ARYC is there already in that respect
