Watch shares tank, purchase on the cheap, RS to reduce share count, remove the yield, head to Nasdaq at a higher PPS.

This makes sense. If insider buying stays steady by the end of the month, the merger closes and they willl own a huge chunk of ORRV.

If not...were gonna have a lot of shares in a company that can only dream of pennyland come May 1st.
