You have to understand that the company didn't think news would be out already. A few DD ninjas on this board let the cat out of the bag early. The company knows things we don't (quarterly financials will reveal) and they deemed .10 to be a big discount.
If the price were to drop (unlikely knowing what we know) there would be nothing stopping employees from buying under .10. Now ask yourself, why would the company do that? It's because they don't expect the price of .10 to be seen again.
After quarterly financials come out in the next week or two and the contracts are officially revealed, you won't see these prices again hope that hat answers your questions
