I think at this point, we are at IBRC's mercy.

We all have to hope MO and new management are not like 99% of the other pinkie CEO's and have some concern for the shareholders when this merger is announced.

I still feel pretty good although I really would have liked to see a PR yesterday giving us some information.

If by chance this happens to be a merger with a bigger, non-pinkie stock, IBRC has to wait for the other stock to PR it I believe.
