thats all a part of it and helps spur RNN on...they add liquidity for sure...but there is some institutions buying. plus when we enter these areas of increase in the pps there are those who drop off as you know only to buy back or others to fill the void..it isn't true no stocks go straight up..some do because of the buying until it reaches its potential vs the pps. i think the mid .70's is a spring board to 1.00 based entirely on expected good news. this is not lost on Rnn management...1.00 and higher is fuel (cash) for phase III trials....charts have nothing to do with a stock like RNN....but news and expectations do...so here is looking for that mid .70's and a few pcs of good news to get RNN to 1.00+...the above is imo
