From a company stand point no, not all rs are bad. Sometimes it saves the company, so if they did it and it lead to them being more successful then there isn't anything wrong with that. Shareholders might get burned, but that is the shareholders problem. Hopefully anyone that invest has the common sense to realize all stocks are risky.

All im saying is know what you're investing in, and realize the risk, you do that and the only one to blame is yourself, not the company for trying to save its future.

That is my opinion!
