ricky..the financials will be out in a week or so..and the TICKER CHANGE AND NAME CHANGE DEFINITELY happens within the next week and change...I was in a Reverse merger stock recently...it takes just about 2 weeks from date of application.....

This company is on the fast track now...they very likely applied on or before the 6th of april...10 business days would be possibly next wednesday....the 19th...

what happens is you get a notice from finra..and it gets posted here...it will say that the new ticker will be xxxx..and it will begin trading normally the next day or the 2nd day after the notice is given.....with new ticker and new name..
