Well stated. Just reread the 8k for the tenth time. Seems to me when a company can encure debt someone believes they will get repaid. Lenders are not idiots. Securing debt thru conversion is just common sence. If a lender thinks shares are an acceptable all though not perfered repayment method there is still a belief the company will continue as a viable concern. Short version " icld is here to stay". The reverse is simply a means to an end. Each day seems to get more interesting. GL
