I'll continue to look as i know Beer Money has also posted some good info in the board. I'm at work now so hard to sift through all the posts as the board has been busy this past week, but ill continue to link to posts that have information as i can. Either later today or tonight after i am done with work.

Also if you look at my recent posts there is a food for thought one based on news for TNEN and what Nicolo had planned with them.

Again not the first time anyone says this but we are all speculating based on news and replies to people in this board from the company. They have been pretty responsive to me and others but are keeping a very tight lip as everyone knows that news need to be delivered to the public domain for everyone. They did say they would be releasing a PR in the near future last time i communicated with them.

I did write them earlier today asking about PR and also about the preferred shares so hoping i get a response tomorrow which i'll post on the board once i have it.
