Can someone tell me why A/S is showing 5 billion http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=DHPOZMr%252fSK0WjGzbwKTh7g%253d%253d&CorpName=MMEX+MINING+CORPORATION ? In their SEC filing, JACK Hanks stated MMX will be issuing up to 7 billion shares to buy the rights to the refinery project. Where are those shares coming from? Are they trying to increase the A/S or what? I was late to the party on this one. Got in at the top but decided to dig further before going back in. Thanks guys.
