Not quite. Twice, but: TCPL cancelled the first moment they could.
KM never paid a penny as per the contract and have been silent for years.

Don't believe the hype. Two cancellations does not "billion dollar companies trying their technology" make.

Lots of billion dollar companies have experimental funds to try things out, just pick one and it will have some money for something, to weed out crackpots and also to find the next big thing. QSEP isn't the latter.
