He has been scamming and telling lies since he first started with the company -he has lied about the dilution and periodically gives
a BS tweet to suck in more people and drain this company for as long as he can -to collect a outrageous salary and additional benefits
above $280,000 -by last yearly compensation listing . He and his buddies have made baiting tweets and false deceptive propaganda .
I don't know that there is anything left to sue for or if a law firm would take this case-not enough in it for them . He is an expert at draining a company . This has been going on for a long time (3 + years ).If you can get a firm to take on this case,
PLEASE LET US KNOW -it would be worth it to shut this guy down
forever and even nicer for him to go to jail . All the flippers have exited as this creeps toward .0001 PPS -The remaining loans are close to the bottom of discounted shares -they still double their investment by selling unregistered shares ,by uncontrolled
agents and NO authority oversight. I've been told by reputable
stock brokers that this is illegal : but so proportionately small
that FINRA doesn't take interest and the SEC is busy on other things.
