The charters were signed in 2015 when GE ordered the 4 VLGC under his Cardiff Subsidiary, so yes its very old news and will not affect the PPS too much as its been in the public domain for a very long time. Anyone who has done even a tiny amount of DD is well aware of the Shell news and they are not adding anything to the party that was not there before, 2 VLGC on 5 year charters fixed price with option to extend.
