Simmons is CEO of TNEN once again and in company's PR released not so long ago they mentioned the following:

SPRING, TX / ACCESSWIRE / April 3, 2017 / True North Energy Corp. (OTC PINK: TNEN) ("True North") announces that, effective immediately, Mr. William M. Simmons has elected to return to True North as CEO and Sole Director, replacing Nicolo Golia Bedendo, who is pursuing other interests.

Mr. Simmons said his intention is to concentrate on the core oil and gas interests of the company and divest any non-core interests.

True North Energy Corp. through its subsidiary Marco Capital Ltd. became the core stakeholder of LeCrown Ltd. The new international business strategy launches LeCrown as a GLOBAL BRAND.


Is TXHE going to be the new vessel to launch LeCrown as a Global Brand. I am sure he did not leave his company behind to come empty handed here. PR soon will let us know were TXHE is heading moving forward.
