Sorry guys. Took a look at the motion to dismiss the Ch 11 Bk. Per the filing, they are selling their only valuable asset, patents. Anon is expected to purchase that asset via a credit bid. The business appears to be done. Unless I am missing something or another bidder comes out to buy the assets, commons are not worth anything. I was hoping to find a nice play here, but it doesn't look like it.
