Great point. Pure speculation and worse if no way to verify because CEO refuses to state where, if any, business locations! We do know there is NO product FOR SALE, and we know NO timeline exists for when that changes.

Also, there are NO details about the acquisition in regard to cost and revenue projections. Also seems odd to move into services after touting some prototype device for months. One thing is for sure, there will be dilution to pay for it All.
