This is my opinion only but if anyone thinks that Max still owns the 1.8 billion shares, I think they are really kidding themselves.

As I strongly suggested late last year Goldfarb will be just as late with his Form 4 sell filings as he was with his buy filings.

The 10-K, if it's ever issued, should address this issue. I'd find it so absolutely funny if there ended up being a Goldfarb/Vinny connection. It would make a perfect ending to the Medbox story.
