No, it doesn't. It shows that 54 percent of the eligible shares owned by people voted to okay the Amended Articles of Incorporation (i.e. 100M to 300M). It says nothing about ownership.

Usually shares issued to CEOs to help them maintain voting control are done with a different series. There are none with FNHI.
