Good Afternoon,

This issue is very unpredictable, however, as a former R/M and IPO consultant, I believe there is a R/M in the works.

Now, why do I feel this is about a R/M? Well, the company updated it's filings and became current. No company files to make itself current without reason.

This issue is a shell, but not a clean shell and does have a very blotted SS, but a entry at .0001 is worth a gamble, but never the less, it does appear something is in the works.

This issue must be taken with caution, but it certainly is worth a gamble at .0001 and as I have mentioned there is something moving with this issue and my opinion is it's in the works of a R/M.

I also spoke on the phone with Mr. Michael A. Gelmon and asked him about the bankruptcy.

" He said that was not our company nor do they plan to file for bankruptcy".

He obviously could not discuss the R/M.

He did bring up how they filed and became current.

I think after my talk with him I am going to add more shares. Something is definitely in the works.
