Valuation ----->

Before you start bashing me, you do realize that valuation and actual value is 2 different things.

A valuation is basically current assets combined with future assets and multiplied by 10. It's called capitalization.

To explain this simple. I have a widget, it's value is $1.00. I surmise that I can sell 10,000 widgets in the next year. That's $10,000 gross. To capitalize on this I say that in 10 years my widget sales are going to be $100,000. So I value my company at $100,000 at a minimum and times 10 it would be worth $1,000,000 without making a plug nickle.

Take the time to learn what valuation is. Not what will be, but what could be.

BTW, I know the folks that have the refinery in Wichita, KS. They get just about enough crude to keep it going. They are working over old wells that barely produce.

So what is MMEX actually doing? Permian basin right. If you look at Google maps in the permian basin that are relatively new, they get updated about every 6 months. I found almost no pumping wells from any of the companies that were listed in a post here.

LOOK CLOSE ON EVERY TAN SPOT-->ZOOM IN TO THE MAX! They used to be pump heads. The pump heads are gone and the terminals are all but defunct. There are some pipes running from the old well head sites, but they do nothing. There's a reason for that. No Oil in the immediate region. I think with the piping going back to the wells that the holes in the ground are Arbunk wells. The wells that trash is pumped back into so the ground doesn't sink. Oh and contaminate ground water.

I'm not saying that the Permian basin has no oil, just that the wells around Ft. Stockton are few and far between. My guess from actually looking at the maps, is maybe 15,000 B/pd. Tops

My guess without looking at the plats and the exact land that MMEX has, it's in this area.

Zoom out and all the small tan areas are former drill heads and pumping stations. Notice there are none. An I looked at almost all of them over the area.

Why do you all think the mayor of Ft. Stockton said, Yea, we heard about it and hope they will come in.

The folks of Ft. Stockton know there is no oil left free. And there is news that the boom will not effect the ground water? Dream on. Fracking is the worst thing that can happen to ground water. MMEX may not cause it, but the fracking will.

So, MMEX builds a refinery which is EPA safe and then buys ol from companies that could give a flyin' thing about the residents.

This is a good deal. Tell ya what. Let's put it in your back yard and see how you feel when the water you tap out smells like crude oil.
