Goh's should do a Spin-off or Dividend.

What in the world would they spinoff or dividend? They cannot even afford a few grand for the 10Q due 6+months ago and they only have one asset which is encumbered. The only thing left would be a stock dividend AKA forward split which is impossible as they already have a fully diluted of 100+ billion shares which is way past the A/S.
