My speculation is that ramad is connected to one of the primary note holders. So if ECTE goes bankrupt they hope to gain control of the IPs. I was also thinking that ramad might be connected to MTIA and is trying to keep the stock price low so they can keep the pressure on ECTE for leverage in a financing deal. English does not appear to be ramad's first language.
