My question is simple.... why did PAO Group r/m with NWAV that has debt instead of going with a clean shell?

Some longs here which now I believe are pumpers to sell shares keep telling this is a clean shell has no debt. Obviously it's wrong. Who were those people, identify them then you identify the pumper or even they are involve with the selling scheme somehow.

I am just puzzled why PAO Group didn't go with a clean shell that can be bought for just $150K or so.

Something is not right and a bit fishy. Maybe this is why CDEL keeps coming up with shares to dump into the market before shareholders wake up to this funny business? I hope I am wrong on this.

Sadly to say, I am still a shareholder and has quite a big loss here still.

On that note, today is the first day in a long while that we didn't open up or even get to where we closed on Friday. Very different.
