funny how for the last month this venue got to read that the K wouldn't
be filed .. it was .. the 8K wouldn't be filed .. it was ..

founder's tech PROVEN UNPROFITABLE AND UNRELIABLE OVER TIME
former director's documentation DOCUMENTATION WITHOUT EXECUTION IS SIMPLY 9 YEARS OF MENTAL MASTURBATION
current ceo's millions infused PART OF THE PERPETUATION OF THE SCAM
actual P2O investors .. many of whom have never sold one share ALSO REFERRED TO BY MANY AS UNKNOWING EASY RUBES FOR THIS SCAM
