I won't sugar coat it on here and have repeatedly said I think that past debt was being sold in this area and is the reason it has been held down. Ever wonder how CDEL had 2 months worth of 500k blocks to sell? Even though a lot of brokers route through CDEL, CDEL recently bought the algo trader from Automated Trading Desk, which it appears to have used to sell those in. About Wed of last week there was a shift in it. Rather than selling about 8-10 500k blocks in a day, it only did 2-4 and for all we know that could have been retail. Whether it has slowed because they have a strike price, or they are running low, all of that will be behind us soon.
