NOPE, NOT 70% EFFECTIVENESS. I don't know who or why that was started but please re-read the 8-K exhibit 99.1:

Note that it reads:

It says up to 70% improvement. Not 70% effectiveness. So that could equal anywhere from 0 (0% * 1.7 = 0%) to 100 (58.9% * 1.7 = 100%)effectiveness.

Hopefully we are closer to 100 percent effectiveness and far away from 0.

Also let me sum up why this stock is at such a low price for those who just don't get a good thing when they see it.

Most don't want to sell or buy this right now. Therefore everyone is holding and it only takes a very low volume to drop or raise the price. The true value of your shares are actually the price you want if you are willing to be patient and wait for it. Not to mention these prices are great sale prices. Also take a look at the small block sizes all the way up to 5.00 on the L2.

What does that mean, it means 5.00 dollars coming real soon and perhaps double that as soon as more buyers are informed about this!
