Can a court get answers from ISBG?

We will see next week it seems…

Just finished perusing the new public records from the Adams v. ISBG trial, and boy are they exciting. As you can see from the filings imaged below, ISBG has been ordered to respond to a number of interrogatories (i.e., questions) by Wednesday. So has their bank, Wells Fargo. And then the hearing where ISBG has been ordered to appear and answer questions “under oath” is… wait for it…

The next week!

Here’s some key bits to note:

IT IS ALSO ORDERED that International Spirit & Beverage Group, Inc. shall respond to the enclosed Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents by the 12th day of April, 2017.

IT IS ALSO ORDERED that a representative of International Spirit & Beverage Group, Inc. is ordered to appear in court and answer questions under oath on the 17th day of April, 2017 at 9 a.m… Failure to attend this hearing may result in punishment for contempt of court.

About those questions they’ve been ordered to respond to, there’s some doozies in there…

* Identify each owner of ISBG from January 1, 2016 to the present…

* Identify every piece of equipment that ISBG has owned since 1/1/16, that any owner of ISBG has owned since then (and state whether ISBG paid for its use), and any piece of equipment still in ISBG’s possession…

* Identify each and every bank account or financial account ISBG’s had since 1/1/16

* Identify every account receivable of ISBG as of the date the interrogatories were served on counsel, and state who owes ISBG money, how much, why they owe it, and when they were last paid… (THAT’s gonna be an interesting one for sure)

* Identify every account receivable, and the same information, as of the date ISBG was served these questions by the Court… (perhaps to see if anything has changed between the time ISBG was asked by Adams to answer these and the time it took to get the court to order their response?)

And my personal favorite:

* Identify the inventory of ISBGby providing the name of each product, the amount of each product, where each product is located, the person or entity which is holding each product, and the value of each product,” again at the two different times as above…

Man it’s too bad those responses will probably be sealed from public view, but if I lived anywhere near Indiana it would be a great road trip to see an ISBG representative have to answer questions about all that stuff under oath a week from tomorrow… assuming they show up this time.

Anyway, I wonder if all this will be in the upcoming audit?
