I don't post much, or post at all, but all this speculation reminds me of the NWR refinery here in ALberta - first one in 30 years, and I work their intermittently as a contractor in the current building stage. The Alberta government was all over it because of job creation and eventual positive economic impact. My point is that someone needs to contact the local government of the proposed location (mayor) and ask more questions.
