Just my 2 Cents worth. I've read all the rumble, of late. I believe Jack Hanks will build this Crude Oil Refinery, in Pecos County.

I had a Residential Building License in NC for 12 years. Just to build a house, a contractor has to deal with Perk Test's, 100 Year Flood Plain's, Easement's, Variance's, County Board meeting's, Changing Zoning/density county meetings, Community Input, Surveys, Plats, Blueprint changes, Satisfy customer's, Inspector's, and the General Pubic while adhereing to all State and County Ordinance's. Permits are then applied for. Then their are the attorneys, Insurance, Agents, Brokers and Loan Officer's that come into play. Not to bad, compared to what Jack Hanks is taking on, IMO. This is a monumental task. Commercial Projects have even more layers and obstacles to overcome, and yet, they are done all the time.

MMEX, a 30M indebted shell, is being used in part as a tax advantage and having exposure as a publicly traded company, they can issue shares. 1.5B Restricted shares have been issued to our CEO. IMO, this gives Jack Hanks leverage and prevents a Hostile takeover. I guess, if you are a non "refinery" believer, you could read anything into those actions. There will always be people who will object to anything. So what is the Cost/Benefit Analysis for this project. Arguably, Climate/Environment, High Paying Jobs, Mexico's recent move away from subsidies, America First, Central America needs more oil, Permian Basin, Two existing interstates, Railroad to Mexico in place, Power Lines, Water recycled and using less than Agricultural business's, New techniques of Horizontal Drilling, Tens of Billion's spent on Land Acquisitions in the Basin by major oil entities, Independence from OPEC, Legacy, Etc.

I put 20K into this endeavor. I am now in the red, as many. I could have sold, but I looking at the big picture. I do not believe that a Mayor, County Officials, News Outlets, an 8k to the SEC, KP Enterprises, Interstate Treating/RAMA Fabrication, and TXOGA that are all complicit in a major scam.

My money is here, and we stay here, for months, if not longer. I believe in time, this is going to change my world financially. GLTA. MMEX.
