The reason behind it most be, amlh was not doing any good in the market, so they figured let's buy this company which does not cost that much to own it ant then let's make it part of gg media network so that we don't have to go thru the process of filing paper work to get us on the public market. In other words, seing the poor performance of amlh let's buy them out but let's make it look like it is merger more instead of a buyout. My opinion of course. Amlh will disappear once gg media network has gained solid ground. As you can see no one from amlh is part of gg media network.
