I think I may buy some ATKJ shares. The reason for this is because I think the appeals court will uphold Judge Hurley's decision and then Shinn will have the upper hand, that is, King will have to negotiate some kind of deal and Shinn will also have a case regrading owning shares in Cavit sciences. No matter how you slice it, Shinn is in the "cat bird seat". He's got King by his balls. In my opinion, King scewed up a long time ago and he and HTDS shareholders will be left holding the bag. To bad, it could have been sweet for all parties.
