Now that the s3 is bumped to 150 mil how does that get priced now? Looks like a small manufacturing deal maybe w 10 million shares at 15? Or 20 million shares at 7.50? The company bylaw sets no more than 33% may be diluted if market cap is below 75 million. So worst full 150 mil offering scenario...

But that only values aldox at 450 mil
