KIT-302 is legit and safe. Investigation regarded some type of financial issue and security fraud did by CEO.

1) Nasdaq unhalted after receiving info from the company;
2) Waymack confirmed that investigation centered public disclosure about DMC;
3) DMC data were meaningless and they weren't requested by FDA (check clinicaltrials.gov);
4) South Korea license agreement signed for KIT-302;
5) KIT-302 passed phase 3 with a SPA protocol;
6) No other parts involved in the investigations;
7) NDA still on track;
8) FDA granted a waiver for KIT-302 NDA.

Value of this company is KIT-302. Not CEO.

Shorting this now is not a good idea.
