Reason for lack of news: One U.S patent for PPT is owned by Novas BVI, which in turn is owned by Ageev/Skolkovo Foundation (owned by Russian State and Putin).

Propell Tech licensed this patent, but over the intervening years, it has become obvious (other USPTO filings by separate entities) that plasma pulse is open technology and Propell has advanced the tech way beyond Novas.

However, Novas BVI tried to raise objection and demand non-contractual fees mid year 2016. All news releases from Propell stopped while legal handled risk management.
No communication from Novas since their first and only.

Evidently, Novas BVI realized any filing would not have a foot to stand on and be coming into a very unwelcoming American court.
