Yeah, you are right about one thing. The patents are the only asset. And they are of dubious value at best. Remember one big thing. Zero income. Nada. Patents are only as good as the income they have generated. Or the potential income. As of now the potential does not look good. Hard to argue that point. And please don't say anything about taking years to generate sales. WM has already had years and done nothing but sell shares to pay themselves.

One more thing. Sooner or later the lenders will shut their wallets and the gravey train will come to a stop.
