There are many RS that are good for shareholders but not in the pinks.
What you expect is exactly what you get here.
A huge RS followed by some massive dilution instantly.
After that the new company will pump a bit and then dilute another good chunk to get money for bills etc.

Could be a decent chance after the first dilution to bring in the new company and ride the pump.
After the retrace it will be up to how good a story line they can write.

But in the end its just 2 stinky pinks turning into 1 P&D.

Even if legit it will be well over a decade and hundreds of millions of shares before they ever mine anything.
