The patents make zero difference as to the market cap. The PPS dictates that.

I think now that the 10k for 2015 has been released and first two Q's, people are in the process of abandoning ship. Getting out while they can still recover at least a tiny % of their investment. This next week could get ugly. Not a bash, just the way it is.
