"Can acquire"? Then what is he getting for his company??? Not getting shares... So, he is giving his company to the shareholders of NNSR??? That makes ZERO sense!

Why give him 500,000,000 shares in the first place, if they are going to be "retired"? Retire 499,999,999 shares NOW and give him one share!
