Do you know what a merger will or wont do for the stock price it could in fact send it downwards, if it isnt viewed as beneficial. Do you know what 13 mil and another what 12 mil by year end would do to the stock price? with the current PE ratios in MJ .02-.03 easy! The revenue is all that matters all else is hype because the revenue makes all the hype believable!
