I believe they would get completely out of the OTCMKT and go to Nasdaq, AMEX, or NYSE to enable the funds and Banks to get in which many wait for $5.00 or more. This is not some small time Company. They used a Shell to go Public Quickly and Less Expensive and with their Patents and Technology this will enable them to grow much faster.
If you have ever taken a Company Public, been part of one, or know how it's done, it is very time consuming and expensive. In most cases this is done to make the Founders Rich and give them an Exit plan. This is not the case here which I am very Happy about. They will now have the ability to Raise Conventional Non-Toxic Capital which is Essential for a Strong and Healthy Business to Grow. All you need to do now is Buckle Up, Your about to go for quite a Fun Ride:)
