Merger is complete yes.. although I suspect we will see additional companies added as we are now a holding company.. adding even more value.. the current shareholders wont get wiped out and there will not be a reverse split.. think of it this way.. the Company is allowing its employees to buy shares from the company at .10 per share until only july... yes .10...with wattants to buy at .15 for 2 years.. now does anyone really think the company is going to let its employees huy stock and then reverse split them? No way.. no way.. and if there were a reverse split it would have been worked into the merger which has already been completed.. but ask yourself this.. why does the company think .10 and .15 are a discount?
