That is good to see, constructive signal to Dan that the clock is ticking to create shareholder value. Agree that by over 40% of shareholders voting no sends a clear message to management that their priorities should be on creating shareholder value first before asking for more bonus comp. It makes sense since Dan has been helm getting close to four years now.
