Complete BS When Nasrat was hired he indicated he would accept shares as a salary in lieu of money.

No one believes he is only getting worthless shares out of this.

I know he is stupid but he's not that stupid.

As part of his employment agreement, Mr. Hakim has elected to receive his salary in restricted common stock in lieu of cash.
