if the deal was dead we would have known by now. They are not going to release that type of news on zero hour.

Worst case - it's delayed again or some aspect is delayed.
Another worst case - the PR positive but vague and does not outline the details.

My hunch tells me we are in for (1) of the (3) options spelled out in the inital PR. May not be the total package as we all hoped but remember the company is collectively working with this East Texas Operator who has rigs available to them. This is good news. The entire package would be stellar news.
